Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using ThriveOnGLP1.app, operated by Influential Health. By accessing or purchasing access to this service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
ThriveOnGLP1.app ("the Service"), operated by Influential Health ("we," "us"), is a comprehensive digital wellness platform and educational product providing nutrition guidance, interactive tools, a network of certified coaches, and resources for individuals using GLP-1 receptor agonist medications. The Service includes, but is not limited to: a macro calculator, 7-day meal plans, a recipe library, a progress tracker, lab results tracker, injection tracker, grocery list generator, AI Thrive Coach, coach directory, and downloadable PDF resources.
The Service is provided for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, exercise, or supplement regimen.
Access to premium features requires creating an account and completing a purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase access to the Service. By purchasing, you represent that you meet this requirement.
The GLP-1 Starter Kit PDF is available as a one-time purchase at $7. Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded. No subscription is created.
The first 50 members may lock in full app access at a $1 reservation fee today, followed by a 3-month free trial, then $15.99/mo recurring thereafter. This rate is permanently locked to the member's account and will not increase. Once all 50 spots are claimed, this offer is permanently closed and will not reopen. The Founding Member plan does not include the AI Thrive Coach feature; that feature requires a Monthly or Annual subscription.
Full app access including the AI Thrive Coach, billed monthly. Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period.

All sales are final. Due to the immediate digital delivery of our products, all purchases are non-refundable once completed. The Starter Kit PDF is delivered immediately upon purchase. Full app access is activated immediately upon payment.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased product, contact us via the feedback button within the app and we will resolve the issue promptly. Technical support is not grounds for a refund but will be addressed as a priority.
Important notice for Founding Members: The $15.99/mo Founding Member rate is locked to your account for as long as the Service remains operational. We are committed to maintaining the Service for as long as reasonably possible. In the event that the Service is discontinued for any reason, we will provide a minimum of 30 days advance notice to all registered users via email and in-app notification.
In the event of discontinuation, all active subscribers (Founding Members, Monthly, and Annual) will be notified and their subscriptions will not auto-renew after a discontinuation notice is issued.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. Core features (calculator, meal plans, tracker, recipes) will not be removed without equivalent replacement functionality.
All content within the Service — including text, graphics, meal plans, recipes, tools, and the PDF — is owned by or licensed to ThriveOnGLP1.app / Influential Health. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own health and wellness purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission.
The Service provides general nutritional information and educational content only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The AI Thrive Coach is an automated tool and does not provide medical advice.
Always seek the advice of your physician, registered dietitian, or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or dietary change. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read in this Service.
This Service is a consumer wellness application. It is not a HIPAA-covered entity, business associate, or healthcare provider.
The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) applies to covered entities — such as hospitals, physician practices, and health insurers — and their business associates. ThriveOnGLP1.app does not fall under this definition. Data you enter into the Service (including lab values, injection logs, and progress measurements) is self-reported personal wellness data, not Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA.
For health coaches, registered dietitians, and practitioners: If you use this Service to recommend to or share with your clients or patients, you do so in your capacity as a wellness tool provider, not as a covered entity transmitting PHI. The Service is not designed or intended to serve as an electronic health record (EHR), clinical decision support tool, or any other HIPAA-regulated system. You are solely responsible for ensuring your own practice's compliance with applicable laws, including HIPAA, when recommending this Service to patients.
Not a medical device: This Service is not a medical device as defined by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or equivalent regulatory bodies. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The tools within the Service — including the macro calculator, lab results tracker, injection log, and AI Thrive Coach — are educational and informational in nature only.
If you are a covered entity or business associate under HIPAA and require a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) before using this Service, please be aware that we do not execute BAAs and this Service is not suitable for use in a HIPAA-regulated context.
By using the Service, you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree that you will:
You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on information provided by the Service. Influential Health is not liable for outcomes resulting from your use of or reliance on Service content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThriveOnGLP1.app / Influential Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
