When you create an account via Manus OAuth, we receive and store your name, email address, and login method. We do not store your password — authentication is handled entirely by Manus's secure OAuth system.
When you submit feedback, bug reports, or questions through our feedback form, we store the message content, the type of feedback, the page you were on, and optionally your email address if you provide it for follow-up.
We store whether your account has paid access, when access was granted, and how it was granted (e.g., purchase or admin grant). We do not store payment card information — payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe).
Your weight and measurement logs entered in the Progress Tracker are stored only in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
We collect anonymized page view and visitor counts to understand how the guide is being used. This data does not identify individual users and is used solely to improve the product.

The Progress Tracker uses your browser's localStorage to store your weight and measurement logs locally on your device. This data is never sent to our servers and is entirely under your control. Clearing your browser data will remove it.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete all your personal data within 30 days. Feedback submissions are retained for up to 2 years to help us improve the product, after which they are deleted or anonymized. Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
This service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. GLP-1 medications are prescription treatments intended for adults, and this app is designed exclusively for adult users. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

For significant changes, we will notify users via email or a prominent notice on the app. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
